Update to Mango Customers

Orders placed in November and December are actively being processed as we continue to mop up old back orders while working on more recent ones. Orders from November and December that have not yet been sent are scheduled to ship over the next two to three weeks. If you are waiting for one of these, please do not email us. Every hour spent answering emails is an hour that we lose on order fulfillment. Thanks!

If you have not received an order placed before November 1, please DO send an email notifying us and we will respond promptly. The great majority of these have been sent and received, but there are a few weeks, especially from March, during which some orders apparently did not get processed.

Orders placed in January and February may take a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, but we are working hard to shorten that time frame if possible. Starting in March, we expect to be shipping orders within 2 to 3 weeks, and after that our goal is to fulfill orders on a weekly basis.

IMPORTANT INFO RE. TRACKING NUMBERS:

The tracking number for your package will probably be sent to you a week or more prior to the actual day your package is mailed. The notification simply means that your mailing label has been printed and your order is being prepared. The mailing program does not allow us to specify the exact shipping date. NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE

Please be advised that starting on February 1, 2010 there will be a 5 to 10% price increase on most items. This reflects increases in the prices we pay for goods and materials, as well as the cost of our new order fulfillment center in Florida.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the US and 6 weeks for delivery outside the US. Rush deliveries are usually not possible. Please do not write to inquire about the status of your order unless it is late. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (outside the US), notify us directly by email at info@mangoproducts.net. Please make sure your address is complete and correct, and do not use any abbreviations or informal designations (e.g. “Corner of Main and First”). Postal regulations prohibit delivery of packages without a proper name. You may use an initial for your first name, but you must use your real last name.

Paypal is entirely responsible for processing your payment and charging your credit card. Mango Products never sees your credit card number. Paypal charges your credit card on the day you place your order; we have no control over it.

When you place your order, Paypal will send you an email confirmation. When you receive this, it means that your order went through and was sent on to Mango Products. You will not receive an order confirmation from Mango Products. If you do not receive a confirmation from Paypal, it usually means your order did not go through and your credit card was not charged. In that case you should check your Paypal account to see if it was processed, or contact Paypal’s customer service.

If the address you have on file with Paypal is not your current delivery address, please change the address with Paypal before ordering. If your shipping name or address is different from the billing information, you must notify us when ordering by including the correct information in the message option that appears during the ordering process. DO NOT NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL.

All outer packaging is plain and discreet. Domestic packages are unmarked, but international customs regulations require that the contents be declared on the customs label. We use Medical Prosthesis or Medical Vest on the labels and stamp the packages Medical Equipment, as this seems to minimize customs delays and facilitate prompt delivery.

When your mailing label is printed, you will receive email notification from Paypal with your tracking number. You can track your order at www.usps.com. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US and Express Mail International outside the US.

When writing regarding an order, always use the same email address and/or name as are on the order. You must also include the Paypal receipt or transaction number.
